เรียกได้ว่ากลับมาสมกับที่รอคอยเลยจริงๆ สำหรับ “เอก สุระเชษฐ์” เจ้าของเพลงฮิตติดหูมากมาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็น น้ำซึมบ่อทราย , ฉันขอโทษ , พระจันทร์ยิ้ม หรือจะเป็นเพลง  ที่รัก (เธอ) หลังจากที่หายหน้าหายตาไปจากวงการเพลงสักพัก

ล่าสุดได้กลับมาในฐานะศิลปินอิสระ พร้อมกับมีซิงเกิ้ลใหม่ เพลง “ยอมใจ” พร้อมถ่ายทอดผ่านบรรยากาศงานแต่งของตนและภรรยาด้วย

โดยเมื่อเช้าวันนี้ (24 ม.ค.) เจ้าตัวได้มาให้สัมภาษณ์ในรายการห้องข่าวบันเทิง ทางช่องเวิร์คพอยท์ 23 ถึงเพลงยอมใจว่า “เนื้อหาเพลงนี้ก็เอาใจคนมีความรัก เป็นเหมือนกับว่าเพลงขอแต่งงานก็ว่าได้ สำหรับผู้ชายที่แบบอยากจะไปขอผู้หญิงแล้ว เอาเพลงนี้แหละ ยอมใจแล้ว ขอแต่งเลย” ทั้งนี้เอก สุระเชษฐ์ก็ได้มาเล่นให้ฟังกันสดๆ เต็มวง จะเพราะ จะหวานซึ้งกินใจขนาดไหนไปชมกันเลย
