เข้าสู่ร่มกาสาวพัสตร์อีกราย สำหรับนักร้องนักแสดงหนุ่ม แกงส้ม ธนทัต ชัยอรรถ โดยในวันที่ 19 มกราคม 2561 หนุ่มแกงส้ม ได้เข้าพิธีอุปสมบท ณ พัทธสีมา วัดอินทาราม จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา

โดยมี พระครูวิบูลอาจารพิพัฒน์ เจ้าอาวาส วัดสามวิหาร เจ้าคณะตำบลท่าวาสุกรี เขต2 จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์

ซึ่งงานนี้มีนายสุรศักดิ์ ชัยอรรถ (บิดา), นางดวงกมล ชัยอรรถ (มารดา) และ คุณบอย ถกลเกียรติ วีรวรรณ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัทเดอะวัน เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด ให้เกียรติเป็นเจ้าภาพ

พร้อมกันนี้มีเพื่อนๆศิลปิน อาทิ โตโน่-ภาคิน, ฮั่น-อิสริยะ ,โดม-จารุวัฒน์, ตั้ม-วราวุธ , ตั้ม-สุธน, ซีดี-กันต์ธีร์, เซน เดอะสตาร์ , เพลง-ชนม์ทิดา, ปุยฝ้าย-ณัฎฐพัชร, ลูกหว้า-พิจิกา, ดาว-ณัฐภัสสร, มะปราง-อลิสา, จิ๊บ-กุลธิดาฐ์ ฯลฯ เดินทางมาร่วมอนุโมทนาบุญในครั้งนี้
