BTS เตรียมโชว์เพลง Butter ร่วมกับ Megan Thee Stallion ในงาน American Music Awards 2021

วันที่ 9 พ.ย. 2564 BTS ได้ประกาศผ่านทาง Twitter ว่าพวกเขาจะขึ้นแสดงโชว์เพลง Butter เพลงสุดฮิตร่วมกับ Megan Thee Stallion งาน American Music Awards 2021

ซึ่งเมื่อเดือนสิงหาคมที่ผ่านมา BTS ได้เปิดตัวเพลง Butter ในเวอร์ชั่น Remix ร่วมกับ Megan Thee Stallion รวมไปถึง BTS เเละ Megan Thee Stallion ได้มีโอกาสพบกันหลังจากที่ BTS เดินทางเข้าร่วมงาน การประชุมสหประชาชาติ UN ครั้งที่ 76 ในนครนิวยอร์กอีกด้วย

นอกจากนี้ BTS ยังได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลในงาน American Music Awards 2021 ถึง 3 รางวัลด้วยกันทั้ง Favorite Pop Duo or Group เป็นปีที่ 3 ติดต่อกัน ขณะที่เพลง Butter ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงในสาขา Favorite Pop Song รวมไปถึงรางวัล Artist of the Year ที่ปีนี้เป็นครั้งแรกของ BTS ที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิง ร่วมกับศิลปินดังมากมายทั้ง Ariana Grande, Drake, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift และ The Weeknd

สำหรับ American Music Awards 2021 จะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 21 พ.ย. 2564 เวลา 20.00 เป็นต้นไป (ตามเวลาในยุโรป)
